Connected directly to the dual-branded AC Hotel & Residence Inn Charlotte City Center, guests can celebrate, stay, and wake up in the same place—ideal for wedding weekends, corporate retreats, and multi-day events.

  • Semi-private reservations are hosted with a consumption-based food and beverage minimum. There is no deposit or rental fee required. The minimum spend is determined by guest count and event date. All section minimums must be met during the reserved time frame.

    Sections:

    • Left of Bar - accommodates up to 40 guests

    • Back Terrace - accommodates up to 65 guests

    Guests may chose to pre-order select menu items for their group. Pre-ordering is optional but recommended, as certain menu items are not available for on-site ordering.

    Our lounge layout includes a mix of lounge seating and high- and low-top tables, creating a reception-style experience. Nuvole does not offer traditional seated dining for semi-private reservations.

    In the event of inclement weather, the covered terrace may be enclosed with wind-resistant screens and heaters.

  • For a fully exclusive rooftop experience, Nuvole offers complete venue buyouts. Pricing varies based on guest count, event date/duration, and overall event requirements.

    Capacity Overview:

    • Up to 313 guests for a reception-style event

    • Up top 200 guests within the indoor lounge and covered terrace (fully enclosed)

    • Up to 130 guests for a traditional plated dinner

    The uncovered terrace with fire pits is the only area impacted by inclement weather. Final capacity may vary depending on event setup, staging, entertainment, or specialty installations.
